My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

I was in the final stages of an interview with Microsoft two weeks ago, in partner marketing. Then the recruiter told me they were putting the hiring process on hold to assess the need for the role. Well, then we heard about Microsoft layoffs last week. Seems like most were in Xbox and Project Alpha but there’s not a lot of information out there. Should I hold out any hope that I’m going to get this job? Any insights on how much these layoffs have impacted the marketing org and/or new hiring?

I guess I thought the adult pool at the Wailea Beach Resort was plenty quiet and relaxing. there also weren’t many kids at the resort in general.
The pool there was also (surprisingly) substantially nicer than the pools at the four seasons, the fairmont, the Andaz, and the Grand Wailea.
Wailea is also much closer to the Big Beach state park which is the nicest on the island
To each their own though

Why outside of ritz? Is it because it’s too many points? Context helps
Only redemption options atm are points plus $1k, feel as though I can get a better value for my points elsewhere

Just got back from the Wailea Beach Resort and loved it. Definitely there.
Drove up to Kapalua to see the Ritz and it seemed dead, there was essentially no one at the pool during prime time. There’s also just not much going on in Kapalua in terms of restaurants, activities, .etc
Wife and I agreed we were glad we didn’t stay there and probably will not stay in Kapalua in the future
It all depends on what you want from a vacation. My wife and I prefer the calm and quiet for the Ritz. To OP - just make sure you know what type of vacation you are seeking. Ritz is going to be slower pace & relaxing.
