I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period). Now I got offer with comcast and will moving on Jan'23. I'm bit worried because I don't have releiving letter for those 2m but all other records are clear with me(includes to company I'm currently serving notice period). I yet to reveal this 2m to my Hr. I always thought that I will go for govt jobs where job stability is there and work life balance and not daily learning Technical things rather upgrading behavioural and leadership qualities, you can say Administrative jobs.
Now I'm in corporate because I couldn't get govt job in college final year and had to go for private sector job, campus placement. Cont. in comments..

I have accepted an offer & have signed the offer letter from a company. I am thinking of interviewing for more opportunities not for salary hike (if they offer me the same as this company I'd be happy) but for options to choose from and make up my mind later.

Is that a good strategy to go ahead with after signing the offer letter with this company?
