I’ve been trying to get into the top tier Associate Product Marketing Manager position Google for some time now for just an interview and I feel like business majors somehow have such a stronger chance in getting interviewed especially my business school and I feel really discouraged as an Econ Major and I have a lot of marketing experience that I’ve built over the years. Fishes, how were the appraisals in general at Deutsche Bank for roles in Mumbai location? Understand that they got concluded only recently so it will be interesting to know. While it may vary from function to function but we will atleast got to know a ballpark figure. Also if you could add your designations, will be great.

Dont join Publicis Sapient. I am bored of saying reasons, you will get a good package at first later no hikes. No Hike from Last 2 years. You can ask any person from Sapient. Apart from the CEO no one is getting a hike and even they not want to retain you..

Thank you all for your inputs.. I am thinking of capgemini because package is good and the project is also good.. They have taken me for a project where they are using niche technologies and that is the only reason I am thinking of it and the recruiter is claiming that they are offering good hikes every year challenging me to check any capgemini employee.. Lol.. I am not sure though.. and PS , the project is not finalized yet and when raised concern about hire and fire system, the recruiter have scheduled one comfort call today.. I don't know what they gonna tell in that call.. I have one more Month to decide. I have to choose one of these companies..no other choice.. any of your inputs are greatly appreciated.
