I think ACN Strat is much more comparable to S&, FWIW. So looks like a bump regardless
You only have so many years on this earth to earn and create a legacy. Go get that bread
Get the money.. you can always return to PWC if ACN doesn’t go well and still get paid as much if not more or go to Strategy&
Accenture strat gets paid way more than the rest of us ..... From a financial standpoint you can't go wrong.
This is the first time I know exactly who posted something... take the Accenture strategy opportunity. Like others said, significant increase in salary, you could likely easily return in 1 year at much higher pay if it doesn’t work out. All you have to do is to find the right Accenture strategy people to work with so they don’t work you to death.
Money is money, if you have a great relationship at PwC and you leave on good terms you can boomerang back if you hate Accenture or it's not what you were sold. 55% raise is pretty awesome regardless
I feel like I make plenty and have good upward trajectory here long term as a Senior Associate, but don't want to throw away the opportunity. Any ACN Strategy people willing to offer their perspective on the group? Any additional advice from others?
"Anyone have any insights on Accenture strategy? Market reputation? Work culture? How they play with..."

SA1, Senior Consultant means different things at different firms so you'll need to be more specific (especially since at ACN the SC role is specific to those hired from MBA and you've specified you have no MBA 🤣)
