I have some interview rounds with Legato, now I got a mail stating that you have cleared the Technical rounds and for initiating the Hr discussions and Offer leteer you have to provide some documents.

The some documents includes all the documents which may and may not required for a proper joining.

Should I really need to provide those before HR discussion and offer letter?

I am far along in the interview process for a job I want (meeting with Chief Legal Officer next week), but am still accepting other interviews until I have a formal offer. However, I have an interview scheduled for early this week where, after further research, I don’t think I would be very happy. Should I let the recruiter know that now, or just do the interview for more “practice”? Thanks!

Researching the job mkt & pay for nursing: It is so easy to set up a first interview esp. as a nurse. Set up a zoom meeting, in the zoom meeting ask abt job details and ask for the salary range. They will give it to you, and in my case it was the same range for both of the companies. (Hospice oncall nurse here👋). Then you fit in somewhere on that continuum based on education & experience—that where the negotiation comes in—they will make a case to place you as low as possible on the scale.

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Please help!

So a company I interviewed with took me to the final round but rejected me for an architect role. Then, two months later the hiring manager hits me up for a manager role he thought I would be a good fit before the job was posted. We had a call and he said he thought I would be a long shot replying back to him. Also, he said everyone liked me and no need to interview. He said he has to post it and let HR do their thing before he can make a final decision. Why post a job if you want me for it?

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?

Welp. Had an interview scheduled for this morning for 30 mins. I join the webex & nothing. I email the recruiter after 15 mins and get a response saying the interviewer had something come up and would like to reschedule. Is it dramatic of me to be bothered by the fact they didn’t even apologize? Meanwhile, I have another interview for a different company Monday & the recruiter reached out today asking if I had any questions or do a zoom test run.

What would be examples of cushy industry jobs with good wlb with 200-300k pay check in finance industry?
