I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.

However, there are no such resources (please share if I’m wrong!) for “top” Corp dev teams. “Top” is probably some mix of caliber of people, comp, ~prestige~, etc. let’s hear y’all’s top Corp dev teams!
