✨Q for Recruiters✨ When it comes to emails for jobs, do you care about the old school, “here’s why I’m qualified” & bullet points, etc., or just cut to the f*cking chase & attach resume & link?

I was told by a head hunter that my resume needs an executive summary. This is new for me since im used to objectives. I come from a purchasing/customer service background and graduating with my associates im drafting and design in a week. I don’t know how to tie those together. I probably need two resumes one for drafting and design and another for purchasing. Are they bulleted? When I google I am coming across different ways. Please help me.

Controversial question but want to get insights. Despite Trump being trump, why would any American who cares about having a job , especially in IT and STEM areas vote democratic when they are happily handing over jobs to imported foreign labor. We have 60 million unemployed Americans and record high IT unemployment, but corporates continue to favor visa holders over LPRs and citizens!

I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank!
