Hi, I got a call from Qualcomm (Banglore)for PD role in last month for interview and got a call from one of the senior staff engineer in a week and discussed about their work role and told I'll get a call from HR in a week but it's almost over a month i haven't got any call from HR,but if I contact the staff engineer he said he already gave positive response to hr and informed hr to contact me for further discussions and he's not sure why they are delaying the process,any views on this

I have been offered From Persistent system with 90% hike and some joining bonus.
I am still awaiting offer from Capgemini as I have cleared interviews and completed documentation there too.

It may seem obvious, but in my experience partners value trial experience over anything else, so get it however you can. For example, my firm will favor a former prosecutor who has seen the courtroom a lot but has no civil litigation experience (not even a depo) over a seasoned associate who has only second chaired cases with a partner but hasn’t tried a case. Even trying a case and losing gives you credibility at my firm because you still did it.
