Question about full time freelancing which I've never done. I was offered a ft freelance role through aquent on a w2. Went through background check, etc. But they clarified in the letter which was just in the body of an email, not an official letter, that it's "At Will W2, not contract. Since this is nj I'm used to the 'at will'part but confused about it being used with "not contract' is it common to have a contract when freelancing full time? Or is it typically w2?
