Rising Star
Passing the exams takes time and effort. They aren’t overly hard but you have to be willing to put in the time and effort. I passed all 4 on the first try over a 6 month period and it was miserable. All I did was work and study for those 6 months. My weekdays consisted of 8 hours working and 4 hours of studying and my weekends consisted of 6-8 hours of studying each day.
Not fun at all, but it was 6 months and 6 months is nothing in the grand scheme of things. I saw peers who didn’t put in the effort and they either never passed or they spent a small fortune on test fees to retake them multiple times.
It’s possible if you have the luxury to take long vacation. I did it - I also used to be a hardcore gamer when I was a staff and passed all four parts at first try. It was a long process though. I had to take 2 mos leave in S1 year and 1 mo vacation in S2 year so I can concentrate on 80% Study + 20% game and cram for the exams during those months when I’m off. When I’m not off it’s just 90% Work + 10% game. Hope it helps!
