Question for my fellow consulting 🐠.. have a potential industry opportunity with a 20% salary increase. Allows me to be mostly local doing stuff I like with a boss I really love. Been with the firm for about a year and am doing decently well and actually enjoy my work and like my boss. That said, don’t covet the partner track but unsure whether the move within a year is a bad choice. Now i have better offers from pwc n kpmg
10lpa fixed.
Will accenture increase their offer. They wer not even ready to go till 8.5 last time. But now i have other offers in hand. Is it possible to go back and ask for improved offer n position even though i have accepted the old 8lpa offer from accenture 1 month back.
