Honest question, why do you capitalize every word?
OP, if capitalizing makes you happy, capitalize to your heart’s content! (in a non professional setting such as this). Was just asking if there was a specific reason, but there doesn’t seem to be. One of the few instances of something being truly random and I’m Here For It!
Dm for EY referral we need assurance seniors badly
I would say you're not new but you could be new to the specific project/task (e.g. cycle, procedure, industry, team, client).
I think like the other senior said. New to certain work still. Like I've done EBPs, including old pensions and health and welfare to Standard FS. But I need more education on compilations and reviews. I'm at a new firm and they do a ton of them.
Same question as SM1, lol. But otherwise, yes you are new. At 2 months I don’t think you’re in a place where you’d be able to answer any questions. I’d be shocked if your team even had you emailing the client directly at this point. You can learn a lot in 2 months, but not enough to call yourself “experienced” in my opinion. However, a year down the line when people start calling you an “A2”, then that’s when you’re considered an “experienced staff”, and the training wheels come off.
22 months not 2 months but thank you for your input…
