Hello Fishes,
I left capegemini on 4th of Feb and I still haven't got my relieving letter as well as experience letter. I'm trying to access my capegemini portal from webvpn.capgemini.com but I'm not able to access that either. Please suggest me what should be done, my next employer is asking for relieving letter.

I would try to make a schedule of deliverables for seeking out a new job like finishing your updated resume, editing it, and having a goal of # of recruiters to contact per week. I’m struggling with same issue and so want to quit but I’m thinking maybe it’s better when the market picks up a little as the competition is quite fierce now ! Although it’s been affecting my mental health .. I think prioritizing mental health is important too

I will say this, it's better to go ahead and find something else than it is to stick it out just hoping one day it gets better. If it's a truly toxic environment then find something else pronto.
I stayed at a toxic place a little too long. What I found was that it affected me quite a bit at my next job because alot of my actions, assumptions, and suspicions were unfounded. I was so used to being thrown under the bus and undermined that it made things difficult for me. It has actually been very hard to adjust to non toxic environments
The situation has become increasingly toxic recently. The company has implemented a competitive "gamification" system for project managers (PMs) to increase their performance which has only worsened the problem (adding to the many other issues.
Management also proposed implementing the same system for the product design team, but fortunately, we all voiced our opposition and prevented it from being adopted.
Getting a job search coach who is well connected in your industry could be helpful once you start your search
A job search coach will definitely help, it's not easy otherwise being in a situation like that, and it drains you mentally
I think getting a career coach or mentor would be great. You need someone who can guide you in the right direction.
