Hi all, Recently i interviewed at Adobe for the post of computer scientist, Noida location. Had 5 technical rounds, but after that i didnt get any further response. One of HR called me and asked me to wait for a day or 2 last week, she gave me the reason that there are some issues going on in company. It's been 2 weeks now and i haven't got any response from them, i have been following up on mail and call, but there is no response either. What could be the reason ?? Any adobe folk out there ??

This is good, in this market there are many lower ranges for someone with only 6 YOE. 6 years makes you a solid mid or senior associate in a law firm but for in house life it is pretty junior still. I think this is def a solid offer (not top 10% of offers you can get but definitely top half of offers)
Solid offer
There will always be higher salaries and I think there are some people here who skew the responses. Generally if that’s a 40 hr or less work week salary… that’s a pretty solid offer. Market isn’t great and hasn’t been some time. Hopefully the commute won’t be an issue. Stock all depends on how it is set up and vesting etc. How do you feel about it?
That’s good for the first in house role given you’re likely going from specialized to more generalist. Do good work and you should progress quickly.
Not bad but depends on the role and function.
Base is good. Bonus on the lower end. Stock is low. But not bad overall for first in house role.

Base is good for even more senior roles. The rest is low but not necessarily for your YOE
Insane take from some folks here. This is a very solid offer for a 6th year.
I would say in general too. It’s slim pickings out there and I’m not seeing better for those with over 10 YOE at the moment.
Base: Good
Cash bonus seems low...I received and was always interviewing with places that was a percentage of base (20-25%)
Stock comp is hilariously small. That should also be 20-25% base, min. Or a high fixed dollar amount.
What is the role?

OP can chime on his own preferences
Depends on the level and the HCOL specifics. Base is pretty good. 20% bonus ($50k) is decent, but why the range ($30k is 12% and bad)? Stocks are pretty bad, especially when you account for vesting; assume RSUs?
