Received an offer from a startup. 120k, 10-20% bonus, 20-30k stock. Currently 12 month tenure. Reporting to CEO. In LA. Am I leaving consulting too early? Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? What is the advice on what feedback to leave for a peer who really sucks at everything y'all have worked together on?
