Received an offer from Deloitte on the government side and need some help negotiating. Is anyone willing to help? What has worked for you all & what should I bring up to the recruiter? Thanks!

Interviewed at Deloitte, PwC and EY for Advisory Senior Consultant role. Deloitte offered $105K (plus $5K bonus), PWC offered $127K (plus $15K bonus) and EY offered $155K (plus $10K bonus). Surprised with the difference in pay between Deloitte & EY for same role. Is Deloitte Advisory paying less compared to other firms? 4.5YOE in Consulting.

Someone chime in with real answer but aren’t consultants looking at at least 90k+?

That’s what I thought. This offer is fairly low and isn’t gonna cut it but I’ve never negotiated an offer before so I’m not sure where to start or what to say
Yeah they low-balled u! Get an offer from Booz and make them match
Chief
That would be great but not sure I have enough time for that lol
I was making 89k as a first year C, now 106k with the mid-year adjustment. However. I am Commercial but that sounds a bit low for government.
This is a fairly low offer in this job market. In 2019, after 2 years at a no-name consulting firm, I received an offer from EY for 105K + 5k sign on bonus. And that was with 2 YOE.
You could pull off 110-120 in this market. I would counter with that and reject the offer if it comes to it. Be patient and you'll find something better.

Update: they are unwilling to budge. Looks like I’ll have to decline the offer. So upsetting.
Smart move
Wowww that’s really low especially with inflation
