Should I be concerned about the language in an offer letter of “we intend to recommend that you be granted, subject to the board, RSUs of $xyz” does that mean I may not be granted the RSUs? The RSUs are part of the negotiated total comp… Thinking this might just be boilerplate?

We'd wanted to stay in Harrow. However, there's no direct tube from Harrow on the hill to EY More Place. Am I putting too much imp on direct connection and overlooking Harrow?
