Recently passed the February DC bar after 4 attempts. I have big law experience from my first year but have been having trouble even getting interviews. I’m not even looking at getting back into big law anymore. Is it the job market or is there something i could be doing better? Would love any job hunting tips

Congratulations on passing the bar! It sounds like you need some kind of gig to get rolling and then to network like crazy. Maybe your law school career services folks can help you find a fellowship of some kind, then go to every event in DC you can reasonably find.
