Recently started trying and it’s been about 15 days since my flow should have started. I tested twice in the past three days but negative. I don’t have any of my usual pre cycle symptoms. Am I just testing too early ? My cycle is usually pretty consistent, but it being this late but also with no positive test I’m not sure what I should do.

I’m 4 rounds into the interview process for an Assistant Controller position in SoCal.

For the next round, I’ll be meeting with the Controller, Accounting Manager, and 5 other junior accounting staff.

I’ll have 30 minutes to explain a month-end close task (of my choice) to the accounting team.

Also, I’ll have to analyze a random reconciliation and explain improvements that can be made.

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. It has really disheartened me and I feel I should be earning more money

Did you do the NIPT? I just had my first prenatal appt and they scheduled me for the NIPT at 10 weeks. I’m a little nervous and anxious. Did anyone get it and got a false positive? Do you not recommend it? I wish I could ask family but we’re not telling anyone until the 12 weeks mark.

With timing of our performance conversations I would have to inform I’m pregnant before outcomes - then shortly after the promotion effective date I would go on a leave for due date. I’ve worked really hard and I’m worried our wonderful news will throw chances with this :(- also if I don’t get promoted pretty sure it’s up or out. Any advice?

To those who have delivered. Are they still doing photography at the hospital after you deliver?

I’m around 21 weeks and have been dealing with a lot of leg, tailbone, back, and general muscle pain. Since I do work long hours Monday- Wednesday (10hr +) I’m trying find a comfortable chair to switch to. Any recommendations? Currently I’m switching every hour or so between my kneeling chair and standing.

How much did you all pay for the 20 week ultrasound out of pocket? My 12 week ultrasound cost me $600 so I am guessing the 20 week one would be even more expensive. I have the high deductible plan from United healthcare.
