Recommendations for a cross-country moving company? I'm moving to San Francisco from Chicago soon and I know local/regional movers, but not ones who move from Chicago to SF. One quote I have now is $4600 for a 1bdr apartment. Does that price sound decent?

I have been working in SEA region last 4 years. I feel burned out. I have 10yoe, I have try to move to other country but I pretty much suck in LeetCode. Should I quit to my current manager(5th so far) or wait after mid year performance review, when a new boss will take over my team? I'm thinking on giving them 2 months notice period.
