lol traveling with a baby
I have two and I’m not going to travel unnecessarily with them. There is a time and age for everything.
Make sure you have a good stroller (ie big wheels on it) and take walks along the lakefront. Otherwise, do what interests you the most... baby won't care!
3 month olds are super portable… I’d honestly do anything except for live music. Walk around the lake front, eat some good food. Art museums are a usual must-see for me in a city, and it’s perfect for a baby (as long as you can keep the stroller with you).
Wonder museum
Architectural boat tour on the river (or extend to include the lake/skyline view) - strollers are allowed.
Shop mag mile if you’re into that - the Nordstrom at Shops at North Bridge has a nice nursing room.
Walk the lake path by Oak Street Beach / navy pier.. don’t actually recommend going inside Navy Pier though.
Uber to west loop for at least one meal. Otherwise Sienna Tavern is a good option closer to your hotel. Enjoy!
I love the Garfield park conservatory, and it’s free :-)
