Is there bowl to discuss interview questions
I’m interviewing for final round of the entry level area manager position at Amazon. I’m working on multiple stories related to the leadership principles. Can anyone provide me some tips regarding the role?
There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon

Always say yes. Supply/Demand

Say you're interviewing elsewhere. This helps you look like a more attractive candidate, and it helps align interview schedules to avoid having an expiring offer at your third choice while still interviewing at your top choice.
I think saying yes might speed up your timeline for an offer and give you more leverage in salary negotiations

I always say “yes but this is my primary focus”
I usually say I’m actively looking and interviewing.. leave it at that.

It's a balance, and the attitude of the firm will guide how you should navigate that balance.
Some firms have bigger egos and you need to navigate that balance more carefully: McK expedited my process to the final round because I had another offer, but got cold feet because they probably thought I'd accept the other offer over McK, so they didn't reject me, but kept me waiting a month in ambiguity while speaking to all the other candidates before delivering the final no.
That experience really sucked, but I learned a lot, gained a sense of respect for people who are direct, organized, and value my time, and know how to handle a situation like that in the future.
What everyone is saying about the S/D and looking more attractive is on point, but you need to also convince the firm that you're MORE interested in working for them than any other company you're interviewing with - even if you're unsure that's the case, so they have full confidence you'll accept the offer if given one.

I always say I’m interviewing elsewhere. It forces them to make decisions quicker. Also gives you a fake entity to bounce negotiations off of if their offer is terrible.
If you want a job ASAP, you can also say you’re close to the final round for one company. Sometimes they’ll fast track you if they like you
The only reason they’re asking is to see about timelines
Mention it but respectfully
be honest
