Resume submitted with app: Major GPA or Cumulative GPA?

Context: My major GPA (aka final two years of business school courses) is 3.57 however my cumulative GPA is 3.20. Am I obligated to list both or is only listing my major GPA satisfactory?

The reality is that I started undergrad at 17 and was an immature kid who goofed off his first couple of years prior to pulling it together when I started taking my major courses so I want to make sure that is clear. Note: I also have a 720 GMAT.

I’ve made it 5+ years in a NY M&A practice and have consistent exceeding expectations reviews. I’ve had a few mental breakdowns because of work during this time, but thankfully made it through.
