Roles & Responsibilities at SA versus Manager at A&M?

Will be joining A&M at the SA level and curious how the role looks at the SA level versus at the Manager level in terms of responsibilities? What have folks typically seen for progression (years, expectation) from SA to M? It seems like SA's at A&M are typically higher YoE than SA's at other consulting shops

Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts.
