Wondering about WLB. I've read everything here and it seems varied. My question would be, as someone with two young kids, how flexible are the hours? It's a WFH position but want to know if I'll be able to pick or drop off the kids at school when needed, etc. Is it something like as long as I can attend my meetings and perform my duties type of deal or am I expected to be in my office chair for the duration of my work hours? Bridge between Customer Support and Product Design?

Hiya! I am in the final round of interviews at an EdTech platform for a role that is the bridge between the Customer Support and UX/Product Design teams. I act as that bridge in my current role but on a more informal basis because it is a smaller company.

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Millennials like us always assume we’re about to get fired - I actually have been laid off in a meeting with that title.
