Hi Everyone I have joined FIS one month back only, I am just Okay with my current project. I see here everybody is leaving FIS and telling it's not good. How are you getting that number? I’m getting 165x2000x.9=$297,000. I guess I’m a little lost on the math if $99k is the cost of employing me. I’ll also add that firm doesn’t cover health ins 100% so that comes out pretax. 401k is normal matching but no other super duper benefits

Sorry. My mistake. I thought you said 2400 hours. Your calculation is right. If you pay for your insurance the cost of employing you is closer to 20% of your salary - maybe a little lower. Are you eligible for a bonus?

The .3 covers benefits, the employer-side employment taxes, 401k match, and any other direct costs of employing you.
