Salary for first year consultant at Deloitte S&0 ( general mgmt consulting) in NYC? Experienced hire. What should I negotiate for ?

I had given first technical round of interview in Mastercard for senior software engineer(it went well).
I have 7+ years of experience in java technology stack.
I am currently holding offers from the companies like TCS,Deloitte, Xoriant and ibm.
Maximum offer i have is of 23 LPA.
Can anyone one suggest how much Mastercard will offer for senior software engineer position ?
