My new company is better but the pay is demotivating me . It is almost $500 less per biweekly pay check . What to do get out of the demotivation? Colleague has put in his resignation. They are offering him whatever he wants to stay including 4days a week work from home. He’s not bluffing and plans to leave. However, at this same time I was asked to begin working as a supervisor for the engineering team and I would get a promotion at the beginning of the year. I have been supervising and managing our team of 6 for months with no extra pay or bonuses. I was told yesterday that raises will be light this year. Yet today they spare nothing.

Hi fishes! I am in final HR discussions with Ericsson. They are offering Job Stage 5 -- 13lpa (not final). Java Spring Boot, YoE 4.5/5.9. CCTC is 7.7lpa and offer in hand is 11lpa. Am I being low balled as per Ericsson's standards?

I’m getting put up for manager a year early. I have PPMD ,SM, and M support. Pretty much support from all the key individuals on my team and in my service line. Since it is a year early if i don’t get promoted this round I know it’ll come mid year but I do expect a good salary increase still without the promo. If I don’t get the promo nor a salary increase that I’m okay with, how do I let my partner know that I will begin to entertain outside offers? some of which have offered the manager role.
