I joined KGS in feb 2022, we recently got a mail regarding timeline of appraisal and bonus payout from the partner. My reporting manager hasn't yet reached out to me regarding goal setting, not sure if that happens here. Can you pls help me to know what all things we need to do from our end for the appraisal cycle and bonus payout? Since I'm new to this company KPMG KPMG India
I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

Less administration, more money for direct care staff. It seems like we have such a top-heavy system and the money just isn't trickling down like it should be. Honestly it feels like nurses and healthcare professionals make so much more money everywhere else besides here…
I agree that they can make more money anywhere else. Only talking about NHS, it's the only healthcare org that is not really top heavy but the budget is not there for clinical teams pay raise 🤔

support the ones at the bottom doing all the leg work as boots on the ground. have more incentives for staff whether its financial or opportunistic in nature
Unfortunately they are the ones who get paid less :(

Absolutely, NHS could consider regular reviews of salaries to keep up with living costs and invest in staff development to show appreciation.
They should, unfortunately every year unions have a battle with the government about this but still not a great outcome.
