Salesforce consulting firm valuations:

I started at a brand new firm a few years ago and was given a small equity stake. There's no real talk of selling at this point/yet, but I'm curious about how Salesforce consulting firms are *generally* valued? We're approaching 10M in annual revenue, and I was told my stake was worth "x" when we were under 1M in rev. Are there general/ballpark estimates out there based on revenue if I don't have access to EBIDTA numbers? Assuming average margins/expenses

I’m not naive or fresh out of law school, but I’m at a point where I’m saying to myself “Why can’t I have it all?” I’ve been offered a job for more pay and less hours and I keep thinking to myself, what’s the catch? I know people will say no promotion potential or that’s not how it works…but what if it could? What if you make yourself valuable by still setting your boundaries? Why would we resent someone who has that opportunity?
