I work at an MSP (Managed Service Provider) meaning we are the IT services for many other companies. It’s busy all the time and I get to experience all different types of apps, OSes, and almost every aspect of IT in this way. So I’m in industry from big 4, and a colleague with same yoe comes from MBB. High paying tech firm. I think I work harder and produce quality content at speed, but they can hold executive conversations that tend to impress senior stakeholders.

Big 4 produces work horses and MBB produces leaders. Also they could be a work horse too since I don’t have full visibility.
