Say, i don't go for an MBA and stay long term at ZS.

Currently home grown 3rd cycle AC with very strong reviews thus far in my tenure, is it going to be a problem to move ahead in the ladder within ZS ?

Is MBA a criteria considered for C>M or M> AP ?

I have a P on our project who doesn't have an MBA, but again times have changed a lot.
