I don’t think that’s the right approach to think of an MBA. It’s more than just position and money.
If you think you can manage or lead a team effectively without MBA, don’t bother with it, save money, earn more, keep growing and you will succeed.
If you think you want doors to different paths open for you, a better challenge and the willingness for leading team and making critical and challenging decisions, go for MBA.
Having said that, there’s no one path to development, you can reach the same end goal having taken different routes. All the best in your journey

There is no glass ceiling in ZS without a MBA - irrespective of track or level. Anybody can reach upto Principal without it. BC used to ask for MBA but not anymore.
