Initial discussion from Talent Team : ECTC : X2 which is 6 lakhs above my CTC.

Tech int : cleared
HR Int. : 6pm scheduled, 6.20 will join in 5 mins ,6.40 joined , discussed.

Documentatiion bgv starts, calls started : Hr not resp. from 4 5 day , found a way to get her back to me.

After 40days :20 mails 20 calls and now can give only XXX2 - 10 lakhs which is below Cctc , no written communication , ignored further.

On an initial call with a company's recruiter, I was told the salary range. I said that the base pay is lower than what I make now, but with equity it's about equal, so it would be ok. If I actually receive an offer after the interview process, can I ask the company to match or at least get closer on the base pay? I'm also up for promotion this year so like to get a higher salary, but not sure if by saying "ok" to the recruiter's salary range that it'd look bad to ask for more later.c

I got an offers from two companies in flat steel products for Pune location.
One company is startup company categories under dealer based on e-commerce
And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

Which one should i choose? ( work life balance/ stability/sustainability/growth)

Pay scale for both nearby but brand company is paying less than expected.

Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)?
