Searching for an exit from Big 4 to MBB is not uncommon but how often do people move from MBB to Big 4? And why?

Job B - clear career path, new team, chaotic corporation, but lots of room for growth and budget to hire staff. Ok benefits. TC 220

I need some advice. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration with 20 plus years working in different Healthcare roles. I am working as a PBM Claim Specialist. What other positions can I apply for that is fully remote and better pay? Side note I am thinking of applying to nursing school sometime later down the line. Any advice will be greatly appreciated .

I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. random ask, but if you work for MBB what title do you use for “ associate partner”. I understand at McKinsey it’s associate partner- partner- senior partner. But at BCG associate partners are called “junior partners” - would anyone be able to confirm this?

What to do if you love consulting work but hate the travel?

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!
