How is typically life for these positions requiring travel? This is for a SWE position.
Currently work with clients is remote as stated by the recruiter. If work is currently feasible through virtual means, will there be flexibility to choose to travel for this position?
I have an offer with PWC and have a family. I would prefer to be with my family.

The Chase Sapphire Preferred has a public 80k offer available right now. It would help augment your portfolio of UR points which you could then transfer to airlines/hotels. Does have a $4k spend requirement over 90 days however and the typical $95 annual fee
Look at the Savor or SavorOne. High % cash back for dining and entertainment- food, dining, bars. SavorOne has no annual fee, Savor has annual fee but higher % back
IMO travel credit cards with low fees aren’t worth it, unless you pair it with a one of the high fee ones. Also probably not worth it for the next year or so. I’d wait until you can travel again for work.
For food - depends on wether you are buying from restaurants or groceries. For groceries I’d suggest you look at Amex blue cash. For restaurants either the Amex gold ($200AF) or the capital one savor cards (two different levels).
You get 3% on dining on CFU now starting a few days ago. If you have Accenture corp card, get Amex Blue Cash Preferred and you'll get $50 off the annual fee ($95). 6% on supermarket and streaming and 3% on transit.
If you plan to travel after the whole thing is over, look into Amex Plat, Gold, Green or Chase Sapphire Reserve.
