Seeking Guidance and Support for Level 9 Project Opportunity.

Currently I am a senior consultant, with a total experience of 8 years and being well versed in Db and ETL tool, with responsibilities:
1. To lead a team of 3 in a project
2. To lead as Program Manager for a project ( 2 team members )
3. To work within any project as Db expert
4. To support BI team for data-extraction from EDW
5. Design, developed and maintained EDW
6. Design, developed & maintained a rating tool
7. Done a few POCs on Big Data, Spark-Scala

Hi, this is mostly a question for account management and strategists. I’ve been in advertising for a while, and am back in this market after working in others. The main thing I’m noticing that is driving me bonkers is the lack of client talent here. Across the portfolio I oversee it is very rare to get a client that understands how to brief an agency partner (creative or media or pr); there is limited capacity to really focus on objectives other than tactical KPIs.
Is this common/any advice?

Throughout my career, I have worked at both “traditional” and “digital” shops. My current agency would fall under traditional but also offers digital services. Our process, roles and skillsets seem way outdated but I wasn’t sure if it was just my opinion or if this is just how it works. For example, we have no CTO or tech leads. Our digital producers feel more like project managers than actual producers. Account Management is just traditional, no real digital knowledge. Feels layered and dated.

Any designers with ~4 years experience in nyc looking? Agency side but work is for a finance client. DM me for info and I’ll pass along books.

My coworker, who was my friend for a long time, has been lying to me, throwing me under the bus, and taking credit for my work and ideas. I have done more and worked harder than him but he was promoted. He failed a new client big time and I was asked to step in and save the relationship which I did in a big way. Hi fishes. I am having 4 years of experience in Rpa UiPath. Coforge is paying me 21 lpa and 1.05 lpa variable and Ey GDS is paying 17 lpa fixed. Which one is better?

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

I’ve been unsustainably swamped for months. Partner said they wanted to add an additional, more senior associate to the team on one massive case that went from “stayed” to “on fire” in the span of a month. I said that sounded awesome and the thought of someone else having to take on some responsibilities was such a relief… so why do I feel competitive and threatened now that the senior associate has actually been added? 🙄
