Job hunting AD from a week of grey and rain on the east coast

I have a somewhat unsteady, gappy work history due to several health issues — serious ones — that have gotten in the way since I passed the bar. My first major health issue I can easily explain as it’s physical, a major concussion. My other health issues are severe depression that affected my ability to work steadily. I am better finally, and ready to get back to work, but I don’t know how to explain this or even approach this during interviews/resume writing.

Anyone have any helpful advice?

So I have been made an offer by a company I like but it’s pretty similar to my current package (I also like where I am). The recruiter is pretty intense and is pitting me against another candidate but says I’m the number one choice and is asking me for a number to say yes “but not too high or the team will look at the other candidate”
I’m close to send them to get stuffed. I’m also awaiting a promo and interview feedback from Google. Any advice?

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Today, during an interview, the Director with whom I was interviewing genuinely urged me to consider pursuing a career as a PA or even attempt to go to medical school. I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. The first one seemed like a good fit at first but then it turned out to not be the best place for me so I left. At my current agency I feel super undervalued. I’m exhausted with having to educate colleagues on what we do. I know we’re specialists as producers, but we work in the same industry, people. There has to be a modicum of knowledge and understanding with the agency process from top to bottom. And if you don’t have the experience, PLEASE don’t tell me how something should be done.

This open office plan sucks. Besides the constant din, we've got 3 agencies crammed on to one floor, sharing conference rooms and huddle rooms. Agency identity is lost and it feels like an ad factory
