Given all the recent buzz about expected large raises around the big 4, I’d like to level set on the average salary for a 4th/5th year female senior manager in federal tax ( credits & methods group) in the Midwest - Chicago/Minneapolis/Detroit market. I worked in PwC for 1.5 years and the moved to Oracle on last July with 50% hike(CCTC is 14.5LPA). I was hired for Application Developer 2 but often I’m getting QA work and I don’t like this job. So looking for a change.

If I leave Oracle before 12 months I should repay the amount I used for relocation purposes. ( I used around 3L )

I was interviewed in Aruba Networks ( a HPE subsidiary ). If I clear the interview, how much CTC I can expect ?

What should I do in a scenario where I was hired (12+ years) with far less salary than(~20% less) than other members (4+ experience) in team and asked to take 80% of team's responsibilities. The hiring manager low balled me sensing that I am in dire need of that job and now I am stuck for 2 years now.
