Senior roles in Contract Lifecycle Management at EY salary, pros, cons? Considering the Boston or NY offices

Please help me understand if I should accept this position or not?
I was working as a regular staff therapist for 2 years at an assisted living when just 2 weeks back the HR approached me with an offer to work at a newly opened senior living, so basically I will helping them set up that location from scratch, open it and get it running. For doing all this they have not even clearly offered me a promotion, raise or a change in position. What should I do?

It is in appropriate to ask what the compensation for a position is after a first interview if they want you to go on three more and the interviewers on my first told me that was above their pay grade to tell me?????

Seems kind of ridiculous for a business to want to waste so much time to find out after a handful of interviews that the pay isnt aligned with my needs ......

What's the market these days for someone with not-great technical skills, 12 YOE, TS clearance, hard-to-find/unique skillset, elite masters, middle management in DoD contracting, experience with critical/high profile roles?

I'm thinking 120-135k would be bad/mediocre, 180-195k would be possible/a stretch, and 160-170k would be doable/realistic. Thoughts? Not interested in Deloitte.

I’m in FDD… I know I signed up for this but there’s something about the anxiety that comes on a Friday knowing that we still didn’t get access to VDR .. and how that anxiety grows as you enter the long weekend knowing that access can happen at any minute (or not) and you have to tippy-toe on the idea of potentially cancelling on your memorial weekend plans. I know the unpredictability of our job but phew 😮‍💨

My district has finally gone 1-to-1. Is there a good app or website that I could use to have students submit answers anonymously while going over problems in class? I did this last week using Kahoot to go over a state testing review packet. It was great because I could see how many got the right answer and move on if no one missed the question. My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?

I understand a CofC is triggered in an equity deal, but is that also triggered in an asset deal (along with assignment, obviously)?

Junior associate here, should I ask for more money if my firm is about 10-15 percent less hours but about 30 percent less pay? The gap will never be closed to the top pay scale at my firm but when I decided to come to this firm the pay difference was about 15 percent and not 30.
