Speak to those you worked with and your coach to understand the performance concerns better, and use that to develop an action plan to bring your performance up.
The firm is a large place with many different roles and types of engagements. Times are tough, but see if there’s something else out there that may be of interest that you can get staffed on outside of your offering.
There is nothing more you can do with respect to layoffs. You can only focus on what is in your control.

Thanks! The concerns were with low level tasks that didn’t have much context but I felt required them. My coach advised that it’s a pretty common thing at the firm and that the complexity of the hierarchy and politics makes that kind of context difficult.
My concern is that success here doesn’t necessarily translate into success into the career I want to do but I’m still being measured on a different axis.
You are in deloitte US? in deloitte SC wear many hats and can easily be simulated

Also an SC in consulting in Canada. Have felt that the transition to consulting especially when coming from industry or non consulting background is especially tough. With ADHD and lack of social skills it can be hard to be noticed by leadership. Remember politics and optics play a big role here. My advice is to start networking with people you know actually care abt you and are willing to help. Show initiative and try offering support even if you it’s outside of your interests or comfort zone.
