Question for recent laterals/those involved in firm hiring. I’m looking to lateral between big law firms in different markets. Fiancé just got a job in PE in a market where I have no connections. Outside of her shop putting me in touch with their law firms, is there things I could be doing to make myself a more attractive candidate?
