I guys I have offer from luxoft romania which is offering 61k euro annually. I will be getting 3k euro per month in hand. My current salary in India is 27 lpa. Considering Romania is part of EU but not Schengen and I will be on romanian work visa . Is it worth considering it. Note:- I am married and wife is not working in india but shi is msc biotechnology and planning to do job in Romania. I have 6.6 yr of exp in Java microservices. I think that if you know python, R, SAS etc..then 30lacs should be doable. I know people with 8 yrs exp in data analytics/ML who gradually went from 3L to 50+L

Hr should not look like a loser in the negotiation…it should be like a win win for the deal to go through…first switch to 20-25 range…in your next switch you can aim for 32
You can get that offer but once project gets over, it will be difficult to get into other projects. As all projects wont have big budget. Managers would definitely prefer someone with lower or standard salary in their team to make the profit. I m just giving 1 example and will totally depends on company and kind of project you are going to work on. And with just 4 YOE, numbers are very high. Very few companies from your list would be able to offer you with condition that project need people urgently.

I think you should move slowly not directly from 14 to 32 in terms of your expectations. Also highly recommend getting the offer letter then negotiating.
