Go for T2, better option for exit and business school profile . Can switch to a startup anytime from a T2
Split of audit and consulting ? I don’t think it will have a big impact , EYP already operates quite independently from the other consulting division

I’d go T2 sounds like you’re earlier in your career so I think they gives you max options. You can always join a startup later
Are you likely to be sponsored for an MBA at the T2? If not, your MBA application will benefit from you not being a consultant.
Exit ops will likely be better at the T2.
No being a teacher would. Look at the class profiles of P&Q and your prospective institutions.

Depends on your risk tolerance. If averse, then go for T2, else go for the startup.
I’d rather take the risk and pad the resume with technical skills. Maybe grab some equity
Bad time to join a startup… unless it’s really efficiently run, has great product market fit (and a repeatable growth engine), and well capitalized.
