Should I still ask an MD in my practice for a BSchool referral even though I’m actively interviewing and might quit?

During my job search, I am getting a lot of recruiters asking for me to answer right to represent emails. These particular recruiters follow a same pattern and seem unprofessional. Shall I be aware and not sign these right to represents? Are they a scam? Or is it a cultural thing… can someone advise me, I’m based in the USA

Would you suggest someone pursuing an MBA if they want to get a role in HR or Project Management? And for those that want to pursue product management... are there still a decent amount of numbers similar to accounting? Thanks

Is it common to offer signing bonuses for product managers? I've only worked in small companies and I'm currently interviewing at a much larger company. I am expecting an offer this week, but the salary isn't quite where I want it to be. A signing bonus of 5 or 10k would make me feel so much better (obviously) but it would put me right where I want to be for salary this year. I'm taking a cut in salary to consider this new job but I like the company and they actually offer benefits

Hi all - asking for advice for a friend who resigned from his job (w/o job lined up) due to unethical and likely fraudulent actions leadership were taking. He tried to reason with the leadership team (c-suite, small company), but had no effect, so resigned since he would have to execute on those unethical/fraudulent decisions. He was only at this company for 3mo. He's looking for a new job and trying to figure out: what does he say when interviewers ask him why he left? Thank you in advance!

How do you know ageism is happening to you? I've been interviewing ppl a lot the past couple of months so I think I know what a good resume looks like because I've seen hundreds of them. I'm looking for a new role myself and have applied to a few things that if I were the hiring mgr I'd prob want to talk to me but I'm not getting replies. I’m inheriting a “team” of siloed strong individual developers who are on different work streams and are very jaded and struggling with motivation. Most are contractors. They have legit gripes about the client, but I won’t be able to solve those without getting cross-discussions going with knowledge-sharing across our “team“.
