Should I take a 7 month or 14 month gap after graduation before starting my job?

I have a deferred offer and I want to take the opportunity to travel, learn new skills etc. 14 months is marginally better (I join with a small cohort) but it's a long time. Then again, if it's once in a lifetime maybe I would love it. Thoughts and advice from those already in work would be incredibly helpful.

I am currently finishing up CFP course work. Does anyone have tips or tricks for studying for the actual exam? I am particularly concerned about the investment planning section. I have 12 plus years in the industry and CRPC. I do planning literally everyday but a test is a test and this is the module I have had the most trouble with.

Has anyone done the GARP Financial Risk and Regulation course? Was it educational? Did you do the FRM after?

How to get into IBM ISL from GBS

Mid-level associate at a mid-size regional insurance defense firm practicing coverage litigation. Salary is capped b/c my firm only does I.D./coverage and has no direct-hire comm clients. Second round of interviews with a comm lit boutique where I would be the only associate with 5 partners. Other than partner track, salary/benefits, and switching from coverage to general comm lit, what qualities of the move should I be thinking about as I weigh my options? I've never worked at another firm.

Have any respiratory therapists found jobs OTHER than being a clinical RT? I want to possibly change careers, but I am finding that a lot of jobs (clinical liason, utilization review, etc) want you to have a nursing degree, not a respiratory degree. I feel like as an RT we are limited to jobs.

Life / Career Advice: I applied to medical school since my MCAT score was set to expire, ended up getting into 1 program. I also have an opp to join a well funded/well established Healthtech Startup (6 figure salary w/ equity + benefits) as a BD professional. I enjoy the business side of things and am unsure if I would end up practicing Medicine (medicine is also a long arduous path). At the same time, having an MD holds a lot of clout/authority in HC. Anyone deal with this before: I inherited a severely under developed team including a sr analyst who clearly was doing the bare minimum, if that. I'm italian, 26 yo and currently working in France as financial analyst.
Work environment is great, friendly and multicultural but I don't like the job at all.
Personal life is not so nice since I manage to see my family and gf every 30/45 days only. Colleagues have their own lives and at the end we don't hang out much.
My dilemma is:
A) going back to Italy at a lower salary with less growth opps but better personal life or
B) Switching my job here and hold on
