Should you leave audit if you get an offer from a bank paying the same salary? Will banking (credit analyst) offer more career advancement?

I'm in the offer stage for a job at Google. I live in Colorado, but will be working remotely. However, they are basing the salary on a Colorado location, which is actually lower than most of their other regions. Should I ask them to provide the minimum salary range for the role as per sb19-085 (8-5-20)?

Should you always negotiate up an offer? Even if you’re happy with the number? I think whatever salary I get next will be better than what I have now, but I don’t want to leave money on the table by not negotiating at all.

I just relocated from KS to TX to a job I’ve been doing for 1 year (7 years total with this company). I’m supposed to start to work tomorrow but I haven’t been presented with my offer. I don’t know what to do. I have these two scenarios: 1) I use PTO this week because I will not provide my labor on a higher volume area/store without proper compensation and attention. 2) I show up to work without any official agreement on paper and just be patient and flexible.

I'm currently working for a startup that has been unable to pay us for 2ish months while they are trying to secure investor funding. They said they will back pay us and (we're working much fewer hours) and they were reaching into their personal savings for months before and never took a salary. We have patients enrolled so we agreed to help for a few weeks but not for this long. I don't want to burn bridges and I am currently interviewing elsewhere but any recommendations??
