Deloitte is the bigger name and pays a bit better but Grant Thronton has way nicer people and known to have a way better cultre and work environment. What should I do? Where should I go?Deloitte Grant Thornton

I think it's worth talking to your dream place. Even if you can't move or take the job right now, they can at least know your name/have your resume on file for future opportunities. Or they may be flexible with having you move later when your lease ends or whatever.
Absolutely.

Can you share why you can't move?
Especially if it's your dream agency.
I would weigh your options.
I had my dream agency in my dream city make an offer, that, at the time, seemed like too much of a risk. I always think of what my career could have been had I made the jump.
Good to take risks while you are young and not committed to a family, house, etc.
That said I am not unhappy and have had a lot of opportunities and no real regrets. But I look back upon that decision from time to time.
Mmm I don't think it's fair to take the interview personally bc if you say no, they're just going to be annoyed that you wasted their time. I'd reach out to them via a cold email or something instead to build that network
You probably wouldn’t need to move asap because of hybrid work
An intro call is a fact finding session for both parties. Take the call, ask some questions, build your network.
I probably wouldn't. Why take the call if you can't go there?
