Anyone with designation 'Associate Business Analyst' on Infosys? I recently got offer on a development position but the OL specified my designation as associate business analyst. Can someone confirm whether i would be mapped to the development role even though my designation is Associate Business Analyst. Infosys Many thanks in Advance
HCL Technologies offer being delayed and recruiter keeps saying that there's a problem with their "Offer release portal system." I have already stated my issues with relocating until after I have the offer signed and ready. The project is supposed to start on the 19th and I'm supposed to join before, or on that date. It's already coming up soon and I don't have the official offer so that I can confidently start the relocation process. Has anyone else recently dealt with this?

I really loved most the people I worked with, but ultimately, I felt that their insistence on paying hardworking people well below market value, rewarding cronyism, and not being able to produce a transparent and logical career “framework” was a little...shall I say...greasy.
I DM’ed you my very specific insights.
SA1 is right, we’ve got a crappy career framework, but I got a good pay bump coming. As a SM at PwC, I’d suggest coming in as a Solution Principal. You’d do delivery but have sales responsibility. If you’re a senior SM, maybe come in as PAL or Client Service Lead (if you’re big in sales)
I am looking to move to industry and not another consulting firm, but slalom is different, so I am considering.
analyst -> consultant (this is a large bucket with folks from anywhere 2YoE to 20 YoE) -> solution architect -> solution principal -> practice area lead -> practice area director
Alternatively analyst > consultant > solution architect (only for technical roles) > principal consultant > client service lead > client service partner
In my market CSL is less pure-sales, and more the traditional partner role, I.e account or portfolio delivery oversight & farming, whereas “sales executive” is more focused purely on sales. PAL is more just recruiting/staffing/thought leadership. Also, in my market, SA is technical-only and not a managerial position. Principal (SP and PC) level is like SM/1st year partner
What market?
