Slalom healthcare consultants, is working mostly remotely an option after the pandemic? I would like to apply for a role but we don't have a Slalom office in my city and I would prefer not to completely relocate. I am ok with some traveling and also ok with applying to one of Slalom offices in other cities.

I was just offered a sales consultant role at a spirit’s distributor 65K with potential to make 75K if I meet goals etc. My dream job @ Red Bull, Similar role but way more fun around the same range of $$ possibly slightly more ..am still waiting to hear if I made it to the final round. I have until Friday to respond and Red Bull said they would let me know IF I made it to the final round by Friday.. should I reach out to Red Bull if I have not heard by Wednesday that I need to make a decision?

My Firm is transitioning to Practice Panther case management software. I have been unimpressed with the Practice Panther “support” team as we are setting up our system. They are essentially leaving it all up to my admin team, and they are lost. We are a 25 lawyer litigation / insurance defense firm. After one week, the operations manager resigned and I took over as a trial. Officially am operations manager, but no title (only verbal) and no raise. Owner likes benefits over big pay raises. I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I really do not prefer one company over the other. They’re both great! I’m very confused here. TIA🙏
