So I accepted a contingent offer because it was my dream job and in the moment I was ecstatic. Now I’m wondering if I short changed myself, and regret not even trying to negotiate a higher salary. Is this something I can email HR about and try to negotiate my salary even though the offer was already accepted by me? What is my recourse here? Tyia.

Can my license be renewed without the original extension petition? Or do I need to wait for the originals to come in. Trying to understand what do I need to carry to the DMV. Based in CA. Im a pastry cook with 4yrs experience and the average salary start for this position is now at $22/hr here in vegas, especially in the strip. But cooking/baking is not my passion. So im changing into veterinary medicine and im seeing that the starting rate for a vet tech is around $16-18. Why is that?? Why are people in the vet med industry being paid so low??
